A legendary live music venue that saw many bands in its time, Profondo Rosso played here as both support act ( with China Drum ) and headliners on several occasions.

The venue was demolished to make way for new building developments as part of Newcastle's cultural rebirth, a shame as the venue was always an influential part of the local music scene.
